We're excited for the plans this year and invite you to exhibit your boats, engines and motors along the shoreline of Skaneateles Lake, in the heart of the village with the same name.

This event begins with most craft launching and land exhibits installing on Friday, July 26, concluding on Sunday afternoon.   It is a judged show (judging is optional), and esteemed as a part of the boat's pedigree.  The annual award banquet is on Saturday evening.

Throughout the weekend we'll have boat parades and cruise opportunities, music in the park and more.

Please read through the attached Invitation and then Register for the show on pages 7 and 8.  The forms are fillable on your computer or tablet and then can be emailed back or simply printed, filled out by hand and returned by mail.   Printed forms are available upon request or at the Skaneateles Chamber of Commerce office, 22 Jordan Street, Skaneateles.

We look forward to seeing you at this popular and favorite event in the Finger Lakes.

New Award

The 2024 FLC Boat Show will feature a new award this year.  This award, Best Staging of an in-water display as well as a separate award for Best Staging of a land display will be based on overall appearance,  best use of flowers, ancillary decorations and dockside appeal.  As with FLC Award Policy,  a boat may not be awarded the same award two years in row, per FLC tradition and common practice.

The judging will be done by members of the Skaneateles Chamber of Commerce Foundation board and will take place Saturday morning at about 10:00am.   Results will be announced and posted in early afternoon.
